    Cancellation Issues
    My order was cancelled
    When you receive a cancellation email from the webshop, it means that the webshop is unable to process your order. 
    Below are the common reasons why the webshop may have cancelled your order: 
    • The webshop could not accept your credit card
    • The process is not completed
    • You placed the order twice
    • You did not respond to the shop's e-mail regarding shipping fees
    I want to cancel my order
    If you are unable to cancel your order through our webshop, please contact our customer service team. Please note that after receiving the order confirmation, your order will not be cancelled.

    Return of Certain products
    Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:​
    A.     Any product that is exceeded the return period more than 7 days counted from the date of product receipt.
    B.     Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its original wrap or box, and without hangtag).
    C.    Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
    D.     Any free gift product and special redemption gifts.
    E.     Any discount, clearance or outlet clearance product.
    F.     Any product that was not purchased on Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop.
    G.    In the event of dispute, Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop's reserved all rights and decision shall be final and conclusive.
    H.    Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop non-returnable items.

    Return Procedure
    You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
    A. For products purchased from Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop, only defects product, the product was not your  purchased order,
    please email or WhatsApp purchase receipt to prove your order and product picture demonstrating the defects area to shop@sanmark.com.hk or WhatsApp: +852 5579 0669
    B. All return shipping fee must be prepaid by customer. Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop only bear the defects products shipping fee.
    C. We reserve all rights of final decision upon return policy.
    D. The contents of the return policy are subject to change without prior notice.

    Your order will be shipped to you via Local Courier company delivery service.

    We accept Visa/ Master card. After receiving the order confirmation e-mail, please proceed with the credit card payment.

  • Shipping and Delivery


    Shipping Methods
    Sky Unicorn Development Ltd. Webshop only accept the local orders.
    Your order will be shipped to you via local courier service. Delivery times vary depending on destination, to Industrial/ Commercial Area they are typically 2-5 working days and to Residential Area 3-7 working days.



    Shipping Rates
    A. The delivery fee varies depending on the designated destination, the weight and the quantity of the order, which includes the wrapping and packaging.
    B. Following checkout completion, the Sky Unicorn Development Ltd Webshop will send a confirmation email containing the final price, which includes shipping fees. Please respond to this email and confirm your acceptance the total charge to have your order shipped promptly.

    Shipping Time and Tracking
    An order usually arrives 2 to 7 business days after it is shipped. Factors such as weekends, national holidays, delayed payments, and delayed shipping fee confirmation will extend shipping time.

    Shipping Issues
    My package did not arrive
    If your package does not arrive within two weeks after the purchase date, please contact Sky Unicorn Development Ltd Webshop.
    My package arrived damaged
    A. In the event you receive a defected or damaged product, please contact the Webshop.
    B. For products delivered from Sky Unicorn Development Ltd Webshop are different from your order purchased, please contact the Webshop about the changing products policy.
